How the swap works

## Old tip off. New tip on.

Only the tip comes off. The wand, cable, and charger stay put.
- Remove the worn tip with the ProTip Swap Tool.
- Put on a fresh tip.
- The charger is ready to use.

Where connectors fail

Every plug-in puts wear on the tip.

## All the wear and tear hits the connector tip.

Connectors live outside and are used all day. Drops and drive-overs hit the tip, bending pins and splaying ports.

When the tip wears out, there’s nothing to replace. You buy a new cable and pay an electrician. The whole connector gets scrapped over a worn tip.
